Swiderski fainted at halftime of Poland - Czech Republic and was taken to the hospital



Dramatic scenes unfolded at halftime of the match between Poland and the Czech Republic (1-1), as Karol Świderski fainted on his way to the locker room.


Everyone was shocked during the halftime of the match between Poland and the Czech Republic in the Euro 2024 qualifiers. After the end of the first half and on his way to the locker room, specifically in the tunnel, Karol Swiderski felt unwell and fainted.


The former PAOK player immediately received medical assistance and regained consciousness. He reached the ambulance on his own, not feeling well, and was transported to the hospital for necessary examinations.


"Karol Swiderski is in the hospital, and we will find out what is happening with him. He played a good game, but we had to substitute him," said coach Michal Probierz after the end of the game.


The match ended in a 1-1 draw, with Karol Swiderski being instrumental in the first part of the match and contributing to Piotrowski's goal.
