Cristiano Ronaldo does not want to leave Al-Nasr despite reports from Spain suggesting he is already looking for a way out of Saudi Arabia.

The Portuguese superstar shocked the world by signing for Al-Nasr in December after his contract with Manchester United expired the previous month. His two-year deal at Mrsool Park is reportedly worth around $215 million, making him the highest paid player. However, according to Mundo Deportivo newspaper, he has not adapted well to the Middle East

The Spanish newspaper claim that Ronaldo is already determined to secure a move from Al-Nasr as he has not been impressed by the infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, which Mundo Deportivo deems "too far from modern society". He goes on to claim that the 38-year-old will explore the possibility of a return to Europe, but is also open to alternative options. However, Ronaldo's agency denies these reports.

Ronaldo has scored 14 goals in his first 15 appearances for Al-Nasr as they bid for the Saudi Pro League title in his first season at the club. They are currently three points behind top-placed Al-Ittihad following their last-gasp win over Al-Shabab and Ronaldo's winning goal (video below), with three matches played remain in the 2022-23 league. The experienced striker has sparked some backlash for disciplinary irregularities following poor results and is said to have fallen out with manager Rudi Garcia before his sacking, but remains determined to deliver titles.
